From Under $10K a Month to a $118K Month: The Allan Hebbard Story

In February 2023, Allan Hebbard had just bought out his business partner and was running Eos Digital alone. Revenue: under $10K a month. His goal when he joined VAOS's first program was to hit $10-15K.

Last month, Eos recorded $118K. All-time high. His words from the interview above:

"What are we, three years down the track, and we've gone from doing under 10K a month to last month, 118K. If I knew back then that in three years I've got a seven-figure business, a team that is so inspired and driven, and the best clientele, I'd pay so much more to know that."

Here's the journey between those two numbers.

2023: All In

Buying out his partner, his best mate, could have been the moment Eos stalled. Allan treated it as the shove: "It gave me a lot of drive to go essentially all in on the goal and the vision I had."

What drew him to VAOS was simple: "Process and system. You could tell from the outside."

2025: The $50-60K Ceiling

By our Noosa event, Eos was at $50-60K a month. One videographer hired, an admin taking some of the load, and a bottleneck Allan names without flinching: himself.

"I had to do everything. I wasn't letting go. I was fearful of quality, that I was the best at that job. But behind that, I didn't understand creating systems for the team on how to do things."

Noosa's focus for him was team. What unlocked it wasn't a tactic. It was proximity: seeing another member with a full team, off the tools entirely, producing incredible work. "That's enough evidence for me. All in on that."

2026: Breaking the Founder Ceiling

By mid-2026 Eos was past $100K a month, and everything still ran through Allan. Twenty emails a day. Every booking, every sale, every client relationship.

So the work changed: a three-day Perth intensive mapping the entire business, every task sorted into keep, delegate, or kill. Corey into the Integrator seat. A Client Success Manager. A full-time VA on admin. Playbooks so the team could deliver the Eos standard without Allan hovering over every job.

Then the moment that says everything about where he is now:

"Last week the form asked what we did last month. I had no idea we'd hit our all-time high until I filled out that document. Numbers are important, but I'm not focused on that every minute. I'm focused on the people."

On the Fear of Investing

Allan is honest about the first step: "I was so scared. You're investing money you worked really hard for into something unknown."

Three years and two record months later: "If something's scary or fearful or new, just back yourself, go in, and the outcome will be great."

His advice to anyone on the fence, unprompted: "Go all in. Just trust the process."

The Lesson

Allan didn't get better at video between 2023 and 2026. He went from doing everything to building systems, then from owning systems to leading a team that runs them. Under $10K to $118K is what that looks like in numbers.

That's the entire VAOS thesis. And this time it's not us saying it.
