Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in a signed agreement or order form, all purchases from Video Agency OS are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or release a client from agreed payment obligations because the client changes their mind, does not use or complete the program, does not attend calls or events, experiences a change in personal or financial circumstances, or does not achieve a desired business result.
A payment plan is a method of paying the total agreed price; it is not a month-to-month subscription and does not permit cancellation of the remaining instalments unless the applicable signed agreement expressly says otherwise. The client remains responsible for all scheduled payments for the agreed minimum term, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
For a recurring subscription or a service that continues after an initial term, the cancellation notice period, renewal terms and effective cancellation date are those stated in the applicable agreement or checkout terms. Cancellation stops future renewals only from the effective date and does not retrospectively cancel charges already due. Access may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless the applicable terms state otherwise.
Failure to attend a coaching call, workshop, event or appointment does not create a refund or credit entitlement. Accessing digital materials, communities, templates, recordings, software or onboarding may constitute commencement of supply. Transfers, credits, pauses and deferrals are available only if expressly included in the applicable agreement or approved by us in writing at our discretion.
If an offer includes a written performance or implementation guarantee, a claim must follow the conditions and process in the applicable signed agreement or order form. A guarantee is not a general refund right. Failure to meet its eligibility or participation conditions may make the client ineligible for the stated remedy.
This policy does not exclude or limit any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. In Australia, consumer guarantees may apply to eligible purchases, including some purchases made for business use. If a service fails to comply with a non-excludable consumer guarantee, the client may be entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. Equivalent mandatory rights may apply in another jurisdiction.
To raise a claim based on a non-excludable legal right or an express written guarantee, email support@videoagencyos.co and include your name, business name, product or program, purchase date, invoice number, the issue and the remedy requested. We may ask for information reasonably required to assess the claim.
If this policy conflicts with a signed agreement or order form, the signed document applies to the extent permitted by law. A failure or delay by us in enforcing a term does not waive that term, and any goodwill exception applies only to the particular case in which it is given.
